Canada Startup Ecosystem
The booming startup ecosystem in the country is supported by over 150 accelerators& incubators and 110 Venture Capital (VC) firms. A cumulative of $13.6billion funding was raised in the year 2021 with $500K being an average funding for Pre-seed round and for Seed, Series A, Series B and Series C being $1.5 Million,$3.5 Million, $6.3 Million, and $41.1 Million respectively. Additionally, the country is home to vast 4.27 million companies with 39,000 new companies incorporating yearly on an average.

Canada Company Formation
Canada has two popular types of entity classifications for eXtrepreneurs. First, the Corporation or Inc., which is the most feasible entity for eXtrepreneurs aiming to raise capital via listing their ventures on the stock market in the future. Second, Partnership or LLP, which is suitable for eXtrepreneurs looking for professional services.

Overview
Canada Startup Visa was launched in 2013 as a pilot program to provide a smooth and hassle-free pathway to entrepreneurs from around the world aiming at relocating to Canada and expanding their business in the global market. Post a grand success of 68 businesses relocating to Canada, the pilot transitioned into a permanent program in 2018. The program after being permanent has witnessed growth in the number of applicants and approvals, from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, the program has seen 383 approvals with prominent interests from India, Iran, Vietnam, & China.
